A Little Gift for You – 3 Somatic Practices to Propel Your Dream

1. Sensation Scan
Pause for one minute, close your eyes, and scan from head to toe. Ask: “What is my body telling me right now?”

2. Breath Alignment
Inhale deeply and visualize your dream filling your body. Exhale and release doubt. Repeat 5 times.

3. Yes/No Body Check
Think of one decision about your dream. Say “yes” silently and notice your body’s response. Then say “no.” Which felt lighter or more open? Let your body guide you.
