This program consists of four-week segments dedicated to ongoing nervous system regulation through hands-on exploration with various nervous system tools.
Join our empowering women’s group focused on the principles of safety and self-regulation! In each session, we will share healing practices that support the nervous system.
This group is designed to help women better understand how to care for their bodies and minds during times of stress or when feeling triggered.
Program Goals
Our goal is to support women in learning how to nurture their nervous systems—mind, body, and soul—with integrity and authenticity. Often, we can sense the needs of others and provide support, yet we may struggle to identify or articulate our own needs.
This group will create a safe space for exploring regulation tools that promote wisdom, self-love, and self-compassion. An expert will lead this group, specifically supporting trauma survivors in finding nervous system regulation and reconnecting with their inner wisdom, power, and truth.
With over a decade of experience in working with complex developmental trauma, acute trauma, and inner child healing, this program is grounded in Nicole Lemaster’s personal journey as a survivor. This program aims to empower you with practical tips, techniques, and explorations for maintaining a healthy nervous system. Join us on this journey toward healing and empowerment!

Nine Weeks of Group Sessions
First Session: Setting Future Goals for the Series
In this opening session, we will establish a foundational understanding of the chakras and their significance in relation to your personal goals. You will be guided through the process of identifying aspirations you wish to achieve over the nine weeks. This session serves as a vision-setting opportunity, where we will articulate clear, attainable goals aligned with each of the chakra systems.
You will also be introduced to the program structure, explaining how we will explore each of the seven chakras in subsequent sessions. We will focus on somatic exploration, nervous system support, and various tools to help you integrate your experiences fully.
2nd - 8th Sessions: Exploring the 1-7 Chakra Systems
Each session will focus on one chakra, offering an in-depth exploration supporting your previously established goals.
Session Structure
Chakra Exploration: Introduction to the specific chakra's attributes and how it influences your life.
Somatic Exploration: Engaging in body-centered practices that facilitate connection to the chakra, addressing any blocks that may arise.
Yoga Pose: Learn a specific yoga pose tailored to the chakra being addressed, promoting physical embodiment and energy flow.
Sound: Incorporate sound techniques such as mantras or music to resonate with the chakra, enhancing focus and fostering healing.
Color Resonance: Utilize the chakra’s corresponding color to create a visual connection, encouraging further alignment and understanding.
Goal Alignment: Work on exploring any blocks related to your goals within the context of the chakra, facilitating movement and clarity.
Vision Clearing: Activities will be included to clear pathways to your vision, ensuring you can move confidently towards your aspirations.
Living Your Dreams: Each session concludes with actionable steps and reflections to incorporate insights into your daily life, fostering a proactive approach to manifesting your dreams.
9th Session: Closing Session
During the final session, we will review the insights and experiences gathered throughout the program. This reflection will help consolidate your learning and highlight key transformations.
You will have uncovered your organic personalized plan from the explorations. There will be sharing and fine tuning or how to incorporate this information into your routine going forward. This will focus on the new embodied knowledge to support a sustainable practices that support your journey, ensuring you continue to align with your dreams and goals in everyday life. By the end of this session, you will feel equipped and empowered to carry forward the knowledge and experiences gained during the nine weeks.

Visioning: Take time to visualize your ideal life. What do you want to achieve in each of the four quadrants? Create a clear and compelling picture of your dreams. This program clarity supports dreams that can bloom.
Embodiment: Your dreams have feeling tones and sensations that support you. This program supports you in getting in deep connections with your embodied wisdom to help your dreams come to life.
Action: As clarity and embodiment are explored, the action becomes clear to achieve your next step to achieve your dreams.
Accountability: Establish a system of accountability to keep you on track. This involves either supporting the group or engaging in personal reflection.
