A Little Gift for You – 3 Everyday Grounding Practices

These take less than two minutes:

1. Feet-to-Earth Pause

Stand or sit with your feet firmly touching the floor.
Feel the support beneath you.
Take one deep, slow breath.

2. 4–6 Breath Pattern

Inhale for 4.
Exhale for 6.
Repeat 3 times.
A longer exhale naturally grounds your nervous system.

3. Sensation Check-In

Ask: “What am I feeling in my body right now?”
Name one sensation without trying to change it.
Awareness is grounding.
