This program consists of four-week segments dedicated to ongoing nervous system regulation through hands-on exploration with various nervous system tools.
Join our empowering women’s group focused on the principles of safety and self-regulation! In each session, we will share healing practices that support the nervous system.
This group is designed to help women better understand how to care for their bodies and minds during times of stress or when feeling triggered.
Program Goals
Our goal is to support women in learning how to nurture their nervous systems—mind, body, and soul—with integrity and authenticity. Often, we can sense the needs of others and provide support, yet we may struggle to identify or articulate our own needs.
This group will create a safe space for exploring regulation tools that promote wisdom, self-love, and self-compassion. An expert will lead this group, specifically supporting trauma survivors in finding nervous system regulation and reconnecting with their inner wisdom, power, and truth.
